Refund Policy

At Nest and Nurture FZ-LLC, we value the commitment you make when booking our courses. We understand that sometimes plans change, and this policy sets out how refunds and cancellations are handled.

 

1. Cancellations by You
  • More than 7 days before your session/course start date: You may cancel for a full refund or reschedule at no extra charge.

  • Within 7 days of your session/course start date: You may reschedule once free of charge, but refunds will not be issued.

  • After the course has started: No refunds will be given.
     

2. Rescheduling
  • Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.

  • Rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice will be treated as a cancellation and may not be eligible for refund.
     

3. Cancellations by Us
  • In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule a session, we will offer you the choice of:

  • A full refund, or

  • A new session at a mutually convenient time.

     

4. Refund Process
  • Refunds (where applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 14 working days.

  • Any transaction or bank charges are non-refundable.

     

5. Non-Refundable Items
  • Digital downloads, course materials, or resources that have already been delivered are non-refundable.

  • Promotional or discounted bookings may be subject to different terms (clearly stated at the time of booking).
