Refund Policy

At Nest and Nurture FZ-LLC, we value the commitment you make when booking our courses. We understand that sometimes plans change, and this policy sets out how refunds and cancellations are handled.
1. Cancellations by You

More than 7 days before your session/course start date: You may cancel for a full refund or reschedule at no extra charge.

Within 7 days of your session/course start date: You may reschedule once free of charge, but refunds will not be issued.

After the course has started: No refunds will be given.
2. Rescheduling

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.

Rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice will be treated as a cancellation and may not be eligible for refund.
3. Cancellations by Us

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule a session, we will offer you the choice of:

A full refund, or
-
A new session at a mutually convenient time.
4. Refund Process

Refunds (where applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 14 working days.

Any transaction or bank charges are non-refundable.
5. Non-Refundable Items

Digital downloads, course materials, or resources that have already been delivered are non-refundable.

Promotional or discounted bookings may be subject to different terms (clearly stated at the time of booking).
